Delivery with Atyaza Inc is very simple and convenient!
Atyaza will DELIVER FREE in Canada with Canada Post Service, Fedex or UPS.
Atyaza will ship all orders within 10 to 15 working days.
All the orders over $1000 will requiered signature upon delivery.(currently signature option is suspended by delivery authorities due to COVID-19 pandemic.)
All items are covered with insurance during travel.

International Deliveries

Atyaza will do FREE DELIVERY outside Canada with UPS/FedEx Delivery Service/Canada Post/DHL International Delivery Service.

Atyaza will send email notification to their customer regarding the status of their order.
Customer will know exactly the status of their order during the production.

6	Delivered	Order has been delivered to your delivery address provided.

Can I cancel my order?

Our all customers have right to cancel the order. Once you have submitted the order then within 14 Days of Cooling off period, you can certainly cancel your order.
To cancel the order please email us on info@atyaza.com and please quote your Order Number.

Can I arrange a specific day for delivery?

Yes, you can arrange a special day for delivery or we can deliver it to your workplace. This can work as a great surprise for your loved ones.

Payment

You can pay by various methods.

Card - If you are placing order using your credit or debit card then your card will be charged on the very same time while placing the order.
PayPal - You can choose your PayPal Account during checkout to pay by PayPal.
Bank - You can pay by making a bank transfer. You need to contact us to use this tool to place order.
Installments - If you want to pay by installments then please contact us. We can help you with this.

At Atyaza Inc we manufacture high quality product. We will also give you the best service as well at the same time. In case if you do not like the item when it reaches to you than you may return it to us and no questions will be asked.
The legal right to cancel as mentioned in our conditions of use will not be affected by our additional 30 day money back guarantee. The 30 day money back guarantee is an additional right we like to offer you.
Items must be unworn.
We will expect tags of the items to be as it is.
If item is not damaged/faulty/wrong while received then buyer pays the return postage.
Please include all the documents came to you originally to ensure full credit.
International Shipment Return charges will be paid by buyer only.
Please allow 2-3 days for refund after we receive the item.
